He has been a perpetual student of Sales and Leadership his entire life and his experience ranges from small to large companies in an assortment of industries. At the age of 30, Rod was the youngest Officer of the Fortune 500 financial conglomerate Toronto Dominion, the 5th largest bank in North America. Rod led the Western Division of TD Waterhouse US and was responsible for the Sales and Development of 65 offices in 30 states. Rod's team of 5 Regional VPs, 65 Managers, and 260 Sales Reps led the firm in:

By age 35, as an entrepreneur, Rod founded 2 successful companies in Sales and Financial Services. He was recently named the Founder for Phoenix Chapter of the non-profit National Sales Network. Rod has achieved numerous awards throughout his career. However, his most precious achievement is being a husband to his college sweetheart for 12+ years and a father of their two sons.
